Shakespeare in the Park Back in Santa Fe

The Madeleine Bed & Breakfast Inn is chock-a-block full of guests flocking to Santa Fe for the 92nd annual Indian Market Festival.  The market is the largest of its kind in the world, and is a mecca for both serious collectors of Native American arts as well as those just wanting to see what all the fuss is about.

After a long day of perusing the hundreds of booths of the market, you may want to head to Whole Foods for a picnic dinner (or purchase a pre-made box picnic onsite), and then enjoy an evening of Shakespeare taking place at the beautiful campus of St. John's College.  The performance, "All For Your Delight," is a medley of scenes and songs from Shakespeare's most popular comedies, and is affiliated with the highly acclaimed New York City Shakespeare Guild.  The production, directed by the prestigious Nagle Jackson, will feature highlights from A Midsummer Night's Dream, As You Like it, Pericles, The Taming of the Shrew, and other Shakespeare classics.

Shows are scheduled for August 17 and 18 at 7:30, with pre-show music at 6:30.  Ticket prices are $20, but just $12 for students.  Make your reservations by calling 505.988.1234 or online at ticketssantafe.org.
