Frankenstein for St. Patrick's Day? Only in Santa Fe!

Guests of The Madeleine Bed & Breakfast Inn have an opportunity for a completely surreal evening - while everyone else it out drinking green beer,  you can spend St. Patrick's watching the National Theatre of London's play of "Frankenstein".  The play, directed by Oscar Winner Danny Boyle (of "Slumdog Millionaire"), will be show at The Lensic Performing Arts Theatre on March 17 at 7pm.  While not a live performance, you will be able to see this memorable performance on the big screen in HD.

The sold out performances in London received four star reviews.  The Daily Telegraph referred to "Frankenstein" as "the most viscerally exciting and stunning show in town", while the Independent commented that the lead actors are 'transcendent'.

"Frankenstein", written by Nick Dear, is based on the original novel by Mary Shelley.   The classic tale of a man-made monster seeking acceptance from society despite his hideous appearance explores the subjects of scientific responsibility, parental neglect and the struggled between good and evil.  This presentation is not recommended for children under the age of 15.

Tickets are $22 ($15 for students) and may be purchased by calling 505.988.1234 or online at TicketsSantaFe.org.
